Becca has over a decade of experience developing content and products that create impact. She’s built out multiple new product DEI suites and led cross-functional teams designing content that centers the audience. Becca works with Mutual Aid groups in Chicago that center community impact and solidarity through shared power structures.

Brynne Hovde

Brynne brings 20 years of experience in client services, organizational development and learning to bear as an Editor. She is a co-founder and board member of Race Conscious Dialogues, and an organizing founder of Represent Oak Park, a coalition committed to supporting Black candidates for local elected offices. She serves on the Oak Park Community Relations Commission as an advisor to the board on issues of equity and inclusion in the village.

Keilah is a Strategist with a background in Higher Education and community building. She brings a depth of experience in talent management and inclusive practices as well as lived experience, and is an expert in navigating complex decision-making.

John Loos

John Loos

John is a writer, actor and facilitator who has taught corporate workshops for 100+ companies around the world (11 countries and counting!). He specializes in corporate storytelling, uncovering data-driven and deeply human insights to bring out unexpected and powerful ideas. Prior to working in corporate facilitation and DEI, John taught in the sketch comedy writing program at The Second City and worked as a journalist for several B2B magazines.

Mario is an experienced Strategist, Educator, and Artist, with a demonstrated history of working in higher education and DEI. Mario has a Master of Arts (M.A.) focused on Latin American and Latino Studies from the University of Illinois at Chicago, and a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) in Media Arts & Design.

Jasmine is a certified diversity professional with more than 10 years of public relations experience in agency, non-profit, for profit and the fashion industry. Her background spans both traditional and non-tradition public relations strategy, including media relations, copywriting, virtual event production and executing integrated tactics to achieve campaign goals.

Alyscia Raines, M.Ed. has been engaged in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion work for nearly 10 years, facilitating workshops, producing scholarship, leading training, and coordinating large-scale cultural programs. Alyscia holds a Master’s Degree in Social Justice and Multiculturalism from Loyola University Chicago as well as a certificate in Data, Analytics, and Evaluation. She is currently enrolled in the Master’s program at Northwestern University studying Leading Organizational Change with a DEI lens.
